Right off the plane, we will be having a liter at Braustuberl Weihenstephaner, beer garden for the oldest brewery in the world! From there we head up to Nuremberg, our first stop. Get checked-in and take in the ancient Nuremberg Castle and Old Town.

After breakfast, we will be heading up to Bamberg, the beautiful UNESCO Heritage city in Franconia. Arrive at 10:30am for a walking tour. take a day on your to take in the sights and enjoy the home of Rauchbier!

For our brewers and beer aficionados we have arranged a tour of Weyermann Matts. Tour the iconic German Maltster and join the rest of the group in the city.

After breakfast, we’re off to Munich! We’ll drop off our bags and head into the city for a walking tour of Marienplatz and other landmarks. Once you’re oriented, there is a multitude of sights and sounds to take in, or just relax in one of the many beautiful Biergartens throughly this cosmopolitan city.

Today we head to the Bavarian Alps to take in Neuschwanstein Castle!

After we head to Schlossbrauhaus overlooking the castle for a late lunch, then you have the evening on your own in Munich.

We’re off to Berchtesgaden! We arrive at Konigsee at 11 am where you can take a boat adventure to see beautiful St Bartholomew, or a Gondola ride to the top of Jennerbahn. Be back at the bus by 2:30 so we can then visit the Eagles Nest/Kehlstein (weather permitting)!

Take a ride up the Golden Elevator to visit Hitlers infamous hideaway.

After it’s a short trip to Salzburg, where we spend the night.

Welcome to beautiful Salzburg! The birthplace of Motzart is one of the most beautiful cities you’ll ever visit. Today we’ll either be visiting the Stiegl brewery or be doing a walking tour of the Old City. So much to do and see!

Today we say goodbye to Austria and head home! Leisurely morning in Salzburg before we head to Munich’s Airport. Arrive in Toronto at 6:30 and you’ll be home by 9pm.
